  Tried to over charge us first, then waited 20 minutes and still did not have our toasted sandwiches. When I asked I found our order didn't even go through to the kitchen. They finally started making it at that point but we still had to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes to get them. The manager could see us sitting waiting and never came to speak with us or apologize for the delay. Very poor service indeed.
